Cream Seprator

Cream Seprator

A milk cream separator is a device engineered to divide whole milk into its two primary components—cream (the fat-rich portion) and skim milk (the defatted portion)—by exploiting the density difference between the fat globules and the remaining milk. The separator uses centrifugal force to achieve this separation quickly and efficiently, a method that evolved from traditional gravity‐based techniques where milk was left to settle for hours before skimming off the cream.
